CORPORATE INFORMATION SERVICES EQUIPMENT & PRODUCTS TIPS
  • Make sure the air conditioner has proper airflow. Keep bushes and tall grass trimmed at least 18” away from the unit.
  • Check and replace the air filter monthly.
  • Make sure the registers and return air grills are not obstructed by furniture or drapes.
  • Have a whole house dehumidifier installed. The lower humidity will make you feel cooler so you can increase the thermostat setting to save energy and money.

During the height of the August hot spell the air conditioner died. Thanks to your quick response we were only one night without cooling in my house. Your talented technicians were skilled, devoted, and conscious of the overall man-hours required to complete the tasks at hand. They even drove to the Carrier warehouse to get the air conditioning unit we needed in order to speed up the job. I am indeed grateful for the excellent Coastal service employees. You have another customer for life!
