COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS

Coastal will tailor a Maintenance Agreement that is based on your specific type of equipment. We will schedule a system inspection and prepare an Agreement that will ensure the efficient and reliable operation of your particular heating and cooling system.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICE CONTRACTS

All of our Service Contracts include a thorough 10 Check Point analysis of your system. We provide three types of plans for you to choose from:

PLAN 1 provides seasonal preventive maintenance of heat pumps in the spring and the fall or of air conditioners in the spring and gas or electric heaters in the fall.

PLAN 2 provides the same seasonal maintenance outlined in Plan 1 plus the cost of labor (not parts) for needed repairs to your heating and cooling system up to the limitations as outlined in the plan.

PLAN 3 provides all services included in Plan 1 and Plan 2 plus parts and labor for any needed repair to your heating and cooling system excluding compressors, heat exchanges, coils, and variable-speed motors.
